The Walking Dead... How very apt

The Walking Dead is one of those american fantasy sci-fi dramas that someone out there actually watches. Good for them. The programme is in the news today because a billboard advertising the zombie shoot-up fest was unfortunately placed on the side of a Funeral Parlour in Consett.

Personally, I don't think the mistake was to display the poster on the side of a funeral parlour. If you have ever been to Consett, you would know why putting the poster up anywhere in the town could prove to be upsetting to the residents. I'm not saying that Consett is a backward little town full of brainless zombies. Or, maybe I am. If you haven't been - don't. If you have to go, hold on to your hat - tightly.
